In Palantir Finance, the Chart application lets you plot any combination of instruments, calculations, and expressions -- if it's in the platform, it can be plotted in the chart. Add and remove elements from the chart quickly and easily as you explore data and develop ideas for further analysis. When you're done, save your ideas for later retrieval and share them with your team effortlessly.

Complete flexibility

Designed to get out of your way and let you work directly with your data, the chart application automatically shows the right resolution: monthly, daily, hourly, or even intra-minutely data are displayed depending on your zoom level. Choose how you want to plot each time series (candle, open-high-low-close, line, or bar). Retain complete control over your axes or split your chart into several subgraphs.

Enhance the illustration

Highlight areas of interest with a rich set of annotation tools, including text boxes, trendlines, bollinger bands, percentile comparisons, or lines drawn in a freehand style.

Share your findings

As with all Palantir Finance applications, once you save a chart you can quickly and easily share it with other users, annotations and all. Send screenshots via email and your peers can open your analysis with a single click.
